Loono – Educational Prevention Program

At the Loono stand, you will learn how to properly perform breast and testicular self-examinations. Using educational models, you will be guided through the correct technique and have the opportunity to experience what it feels like to detect a lump. You will also learn how potentially dangerous moles may appear and become familiar with the ABCDE method for assessing skin changes.

In addition, you will receive practical information on how to prevent the most common types of cancer, how to recognize early warning signs, and where to seek professional help if symptoms appear in you or someone close to you.
